We're looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Gold Coast office and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across South-East Queensland. You'll work alongside experienced geotechnical and environmental professionals on a wide variety of urban development and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Planning and managing geotechnical site investigations
* Soil and rock logging, laboratory testing programs, and in-situ field testing
* Conducting geotechnical analysis using tools like PLAXIS, Geostudio, Wallap, etc. with assistance from senior engineers
* Preparing high-quality technical reports
* Supporting construction phase services such as piling and earthworks supervision
* Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Expect a mix of field and office work, with the chance to contribute across all project stages — from investigation to analysis and design.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering (or similar)
* 2-3 years' industry experience preferred
* Solid understanding of geotechnical principles, laboratory and field testing
* Experience with geotechnical software
* Strong communication and reporting skills
