RAAFA WA South Perth, Western Australia, Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Central Support Office. This permanent, full-time role provides comprehensive and high-quality secretarial support to the Chief Operations Officer and Seniors Living Team. This not-for-profit position offers an opportunity to contribute to our purpose and make a difference in the lives of those we provide services to.
Responsibilities
* Provide high level executive and administrative support to designated committees
* Manage diaries, prepare agendas, coordinate meetings and appointments with internal and external parties, assist with and prepare reports, presentations, minute taking and accurate record keeping
* Prepare high quality correspondence to various key stakeholders
* Handle administrative tasks including document management systems, correspondence, travel, expense claims, and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
* Perform general administration tasks including filing, archiving, mail merging and mail-outs
* Collaborate with other roles across RAAFA

Essential Qualifications And Experience
* Prior demonstrable experience in an Executive Support/EA position is desirable
* Passion for the not-for-profit sector and helping others
* Methodical approach to process management with strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment across a varied range of activities
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour
