Hofmann Engineering's established engineering workshop in Perth, is seeking to fill the position of ICT Support Technician. This will suit an energetic person who takes pride in their work and is primarily responsible for providing technical support for computer systems and networks by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Figuring out the hardware and software needed to solve problems
* Addressing questions on hardware and software issues
* Modifying current programs to satisfy user needs
* Installing and downloading the necessary software;
* Making sure that equipment and applications are used efficiently;
* Setting up computer networks;
* Fixing and repairing peripheral devices like modems, printers, and terminals
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor degree in IT or associated industries
* Working knowledge of computers, setting up and applications support;
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritise work, and meet multiple deadlines;
* High attention to detail;
* Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish.
This role will also demand flexibility and a "can-do" attitude. Successful applicants will be highly motivated, have good communications skills and keen to work as a flexible team. Additional skills and qualifications will be highly regarded. Training in workplace safety will be an ongoing process.

Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
