We are now seeking the expertise of a motivated and energetic ICT Assistant to join our ICT team. This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis.
As a part of the Service Desk Team you will be responsible for:
* supporting staff members and students to ensure that they can use the necessary software, devices or applications;
* providing face to face, polite and friendly customer service to staff, students and parents;
* assisting with general ICT support, including as first point of contact for email and phone enquiries;
* troubleshoot Level 1 & 2 software, hardware and network issues;
* assist with ICT and AV equipment for School events, including awards nights, presentations, assemblies and exams as required;
* ensure that equipment is configured, installed and lodged correctly;
* assist in maintaining in-house applications, including web-based Reports;
* assist with software maintenance for all equipment on the School computing networks;
The successful candidate may possess:
* a professional and friendly approach, with excellent customer service;
* some relevant industry experience, certificate or degree; and
* exceptional attention to detail.
