The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide trusted, executive‑level support to our CEO and Chairman in a role central to the smooth operation of the business and Board.
This is a high‑exposure, high‑discretion position suited to someone who thrives on complexity, judgement‑based decision making and working closely with senior leaders.
You will be the control point for executive priorities, managing complex diaries, travel and logistics while acting as a calm and capable interface with senior internal and external stakeholders. In parallel, you will own the end‑to‑end coordination of Board and governance processes, ensuring papers, agendas and meetings are delivered to a high standard and on time.
The role also includes confidential personal administration for the Chairman, spanning financial coordination, taxation documentation and selected property management activities, requiring absolute discretion and professionalism.
What you’ll bring
* Demonstrated experience supporting CEOs, Chairs and Boards in a complex environment
* Exceptional judgement, discretion and stakeholder management skills
* Strong capability in diary management, Board papers and executive coordination
* Confidence liaising with legal advisers, banks, accountants, agents and consultants
* A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
