With strong systems in place and a reputation for excellence, we're growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Manager to take us to the next level. About the Role
As our BDM, you'll play a key role in expanding our commercial client base. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with facility managers and property groups, and securing long-term maintenance contracts. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to implement a growth strategy and help shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities
Generate new commercial business leads and opportunities Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders Prepare and submit professional proposals and tenders Represent Bloom Maintenance at industry and networking events Track, report and forecast sales pipeline activity Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in facilities, landscaping or construction) Strong network across property groups, FM firms or councils A self-starter with a hunger to chase and close deals Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills Understanding of service-based contracts and client retention strategies Valid driver’s license What You’ll Get
