About the Role
* Design clear, engaging, and purposeful content for self-service platforms
* Apply UX writing and content design principles to create UI copy, error messages, onboarding flows, how-to guides
* Translate complex processes and jargon into simple, helpful language our members understand
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams in agile squads
* Own and maintain our digital content style guide and ensure consistency across channels
* Conduct content audits and leverage member research to identify opportunities and gaps
* Help define our content strategy, contributing to adoption, engagement, and member satisfaction
* Advocate for accessible, inclusive content that aligns with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
Key Responsibilities
1. Create user-friendly and engaging content for our website, app, and self-service channels

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting
* Ability to simplify complexity and make every word count
* Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional squads
* Solid understanding of information architecture, content hierarchy, and design systems
