Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager to join our team in Pakenham Upper, VIC. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing equipment performance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & RepairProven experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance ManagementExcellent Supervisory Skills, including leading and mentoring maintenance teams effectivelyKnowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure complianceStrong organizational skills and problem-solving abilitiesRelevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance, engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the food production industry or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
