Job Description
This role involves providing holistic services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, focusing on culturally safe practices.
The successful candidate will contribute to improving service delivery by developing wrap-around services for families and individuals affected by family violence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering intensive case management, group work, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to support clients in making informed decisions about their safety and well-being.
* Providing referral pathways to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
Requirements include a relevant qualification from a nationally accredited provider in social welfare, counselling, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or recent experience in the family violence sector is also preferred.
