Sales and Partnerships Manager
About the Role:
This is a key position that plays a pivotal role in achieving international enrolment targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and monitoring a network of quality education agents both onshore and offshore, while also engaging directly with prospective students.
The role is centered on relationship management with global agent partners, supporting sales activity, and ensuring compliance across all recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Targeted International Recruitment Plans: Design and execute strategies to attract and engage international students, focusing on key markets and partnerships.
* Manage Sales Performance and Agent Success: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and provide support to agents to enhance their performance.
* Provide Insights and Analysis: Deliver regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment activity, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
* Represent the Organization at Industry Events: Promote the organization's programs globally, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the brand.
* Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with visa, regulatory, and immigration requirements.
* Align Recruitment and Admissions Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies.
* Support Forecasting and Performance Tracking: Contribute to the development of forecasts, setting targets, and tracking performance across key metrics.
* Contribute to Internationalisation and Global Growth Objectives: Play a critical role in shaping the organization's internationalisation and global growth strategies.

* Experience in the Education Sector: A strong background in student services, agent coordination, or administrative support within the education industry.
* Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in any field.

* Visa Regulations Knowledge: Familiarity with visa regulations and compliance for international students in Australia.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: High-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* CMS Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* (Desirable) Multilingual Skills and/or Offshore Recruitment Experience: (Optional) Multilingual skills and/or experience in offshore recruitment.
