About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant / Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at LJ Hooker Point Cook. In this position, you will provide high-level personal and administrative support to our Partner, while also assisting with the day-to-day sales process.
What you'll be doing
* Providing day-to-day Personal Assistant support to the Partner, including email and diary management, correspondence, document preparation, general administration, and coordinating client appointments, meeting set-ups and day-to-day errand support as required
* Managing incoming calls for the Partner, responding to and triaging enquiries, and ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
* Assisting with the residential sales process, including listing preparation, open homes, inspections, and buyer follow-up from enquiry through to post-settlement
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property, buyer and client records across systems and databases
* Supporting marketing and campaign preparation, including creating and scheduling social media content and assisting with property marketing materials
* Liaising with internal and external suppliers to coordinate campaign requirements and ensure deadlines are met
* Assisting the Partner with follow-ups and key tasks to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional service
What we're looking for
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Minimum 12 months' real estate experience in a PA or Sales Associate role
* Social media confident (able to create content and edit images/videos)
* Strong computer skills (CRM systems + Microsoft Office)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and admin/data entry skills
* Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service skills
* Saturday availability is essential due to open homes
