Our high-performing sales team is looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial individual to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans on the East Coast. This role reports into the Field Sales Manager - East Coast who is based in Sydney.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads to deliver sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with end-users, internal teams, and external partners to grow and manage sales activities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record and report on sales activities and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales with a proven track record of success.
- Proven sales history and success in growing and sourcing new business.
- Experience managing assigned sales territories and achieving targets.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Sound understanding of the FMCG sector.
