Subdivision Site Coordinator Role
This is a permanent position offering attractive remuneration and benefits including a company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management to coordinate site activities on subdivisions in the Northern Suburbs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise site personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors daily.
* Attend site meetings and submit weekly progress reports to Management.
* Assist with procurement and quality control of materials.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs.
* Maintain accurate records and be responsible for onsite OH&S documentation.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet set standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or a willingness to take on new challenges.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, including tracking site progress.
* Experience in subdivisional works, bulk earthworks, and underground services.
* Ability to interpret construction plans and programs.
* Solid safety focus and relevant qualifications.
* Flexibility to work varied hours and operate plant equipment as needed.
* Excellent communication skills with site staff and subcontractors.
* A valid driver's license.
