Job Description
Coordinate and manage recruitment processes for the Human Resources department.
Screen and shortlist candidate applications for various roles.
Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during recruitment processes.
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Admin should have:
Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles within Human Resources.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
