City Mission is looking for a Manager Finance

As Manager Finance, you will lead a dynamic finance team and oversee all operational aspects of financial management. You'll apply your leadership and technical expertise to budgeting, payroll, reporting, and compliance, while also contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Selection Criteria:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
* CA or CPA qualified with a proven track record of delivering a full accounting service for a small to medium multi-faceted organisation.
* Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
* Demonstrated financial management skills.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Cash management, budgeting and reporting experience.
* Highly proficient with MS Office and financial management systems.
* Experience in dealing with tax and payroll system compliance requirements, internal controls.
* A sound knowledge of insurance renewal programs for organisations.
* A sound knowledge of accounting general ledger systems (preferably MYOB or similar).
* Clear ability to manage finance and accounting services for separate business units and different locations.
* The ability to handle pressure.
* Ability to manage a diverse team of direct reports.
* Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* National Police Check is required for all roles at LCM.
* Registration to Work with Vulnerable People is required for all roles at LCM.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience or demonstrated capacity to work in an organisation adopting a Christian ethos.
* Previous experience within a not for profit and/or community services background.
* Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
* Positive history of following organisational policy & procedures.
