What You'll Do
* Maintain daily deliveries and ensure all outstanding orders are promptly dispatched.
* Monitor store error rates and implement effective resolutions.
* Ensure customer packaging requirements are met to the highest standard.

* Oversee forklift maintenance and daily operational inspections.
* Investigate service failures and implement preventative measures.
* Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and control.
* Ensure staff are adequately trained and comply with OH&S policies and regulations.
* Respond to all customer requests (internal and external) promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven problem-solving ability and resource planning experience.
* Computer literacy (SAP knowledge preferred) and familiarity with RF technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Sound knowledge of cycle counting, stocktaking and pick and pack operations.
