Responsibilities:
* Provide BAU support for enterprise network and security infrastructure
* Manage and troubleshoot issues across Cisco routing & switching environments
* Support and maintain Fortinet firewalls and security solutions
* Monitor network performance, ensure stability, and resolve incidents promptly
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality support
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, and troubleshooting)
* Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and security technologies
* Proven background in BAU support within enterprise environments
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Relevant certifications (Cisco or Fortinet) are highly regarded
