We're looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team in the South East Region.
In this role, you'll support the Business Manager to coordinate the smooth day-to-day operations of the regional office in areas including administration, human resources, recruitment, finance, and reporting.

About The Role
As a key part of the Corporate Services team, you'll help coordinate services, assist with implementing new systems and policies, and resolve issues to improve how we work. You will support and advise managers in recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain and use a range of tracking and reporting tools, and support the team with financial administration and purchasing.
Responsibilities Include

* Provide operational advice and support relating to the delivery of administrative, human resource and financial services.
* Ensure administrative, human resource and financial management systems are developed, implemented and maintained.
* Support and advise on recruitment and selection processes, establishment management, and staffing administration for regional office teams.
* Create and manage purchase orders, invoicing, corporate card management and accounts reconciliation using a range of financial management systems.
* Utilise and maintain a range of reporting and tracking tools to support regional leaders in monitoring and overseeing financial management, staffing, learning and development and recruitment processes.
