This pivotal role provides high-level administrative support to VPO NSW & ACT - Premium, Midscale & Economy and Regional Executive Team:
- Maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including Regional team, Operational teams, owners and consultants, owners and suppliers by ensuring communication is regular and appropriate
- Liaise with other EA's to ensure communication, processes and procedures across the Group are consistent
- Prepare communication to send to Properties/Business units
- Assist with the coordination and management of projects
**Qualifications**
- Similar experience as an Executive Assistant, hotel experience an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and coordination
- Proficient in Canva, Outlook and MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel)
