The Inclusive Employment Australia Program focuses on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability, injury or health conditions. As a Career Coach, you will play a pivotal role in this program.
* Mentor participants to develop tailored Action Plans that reflect their goals, strengths and identified support needs.
* Manage a caseload of participants providing personalized mentoring support guidance and direction to assist them in achieving employment goals.
