Role Description
We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded consultant to join our projects team in Gold Coast. This is a hands‐on role working across Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and the Microsoft Power Platform, where you'll partner with clients to design, build, and improve business systems that genuinely support how they operate. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, working across solution design, configuration, and ongoing optimisation.
Daily tasks will include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, delivering consulting services to improve workflows, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross‐functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver successful client outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‐solving, working directly with clients, and contributing to end‐to‐end project delivery in a fast‐paced MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and enhancements across client environments
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
* Design workflows, automation, and case management processes aligned to business operations
* Configure and customise CRM environments (entities, forms, views, business rules)
* Support data validation, mapping, and integration with third‐party systems (e.g. financial platforms)
* Contribute to solution design sessions and provide recommendations to improve outcomes
* Work collaboratively with internal teams (projects, service desk, sales) to deliver solutions
* Document requirements, processes, and system designs clearly for both technical and non‐technical audiences
* Support post‐go‐live optimisation and continuous improvement of client systems
Technical Skills & Experience
Power Platform
* Strong capability in Power Automate (workflow design, approvals, integrations, automation)
* Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
Dynamics 365
* Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service or similar)
* Strong understanding of Dataverse, entities, relationships, forms, and security models
* Ability to translate business processes into practical CRM solutions
Data, Reporting & Fabric
* Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI datasets, or modern reporting/data platforms
* Understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data flows
* Ability to support reporting and insights aligned to business needs
DevOps / Delivery
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
* Experience working with user stories, backlogs, and sprint‐based delivery
* Understanding of structured release, deployment, and version control practices
Broader Skills & Experience
* Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering and process mapping
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Experience working in project delivery environments, ideally within an MSP or consultancy
* Comfortable working across multiple clients and projects simultaneously
* Strong documentation and organisational skills
