The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This iconic project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Future Generation Joint Venture on behalf of SC Hydro Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for Jumbo Operators within our Tantangara D&B scope on the Snowy 2.0 Project in the Snowy Monaro region. The project is working a 14:7 roster, 12-hour shifts which may include days/nights rotating.
You must currently hold the following tickets/licences:
1. Drivers licence
2. Additional RII qualifications considered favourably
3. General Construction Induction training (white card)
4. Right to work in Australia
5. High risk work licence - advantageous
6. Confined Space - advantageous
7. Be able to pass a criminal history check and a medical
These positions are in remote challenging areas with extreme cold temperatures which need to be considered before applying for these roles.
