Role
We are seeking Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our Water team in Perth. In Western Australia, we partner with the water sector to support client challenges with water infrastructure, water resources engineering and science consulting.
We are looking for Electrical Engineering Graduates who will have completed their degree by the end of 2025.
You will be involved in:
- Producing water infrastructure designs from planning through delivery
- Electrical design using software such as PTW and PowerCAD
- Design calculations and drawing preparation
- Report writing and producing technical specifications
- Preparing load lists, cable schedules and material take-offs
We’re looking for graduates who have:
- Good technical report writing skills and strong oral and written communication
- Effective time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- A solid desire to learn and solve problems in a team context
- An interest in water infrastructure and water resource engineering
- Ability to interpret client requirements
- Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
- Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize workload
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required
Desirable but not essential:
- Control system and network architecture design
- Instrumentation selection and specification
- Communications systems such as serial, TCP/IP, Modbus, and other Fieldbuses
