About the Role
As our new Senior Associate you will:
* Lead and grow the firm'sBusiness Advisory service line
* Build andmaintainstrong referral relationships with business owners, industry partners, and local networks
* Provide high-level strategic advisory, tax planning, and commercial insights to clients
* Manage a high-performing accounting & advisory team
* Drive new business opportunities and support firm-wide growth initiatives
* Review complex engagements and ensure high technical & service standards
* Contribute to internal strategy, process improvement, and leadership development
This role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills.
