Independently owned busy general private dental practice in Brisbane, QLD
- _3 chair practice with current 2 chairs running with a vision to make all 3 chairs running full time over 4-6 months._

As Operations Manager, your prime most duty will be to maintain rapport with our clients, manage clinical and non-clinical team and along with the principal dentist /owner work to expand the potential of the practice and initially stabilise the revenue and achieve approx. double the profits in a year.

- Strong knowledge of Exact software
- Maintaining discipline and ensuring the timely completion of tasks every day
- Monitoring daily appointment books and working to fill the books quickly to ensure the efficient running of the practitioner's days
- Recruiting new staff with the principal dentist as required, rostering and creating time sheets
- Manage equipment servicing and arrange repairs when needed
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the premises and managing and delegating waste disposal everyday
- Liaising with suppliers and managing stock ordering
**The successful applicant must**:
- Have worked at the managerial level for at least 2 years
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- COVID vaccination certificate, Training for First aid and CPR before commencement is a MUST
- Team Player and Team Leader
Remuneration with be discussed with the successful applicant and will be based on previous level of experience.
The position is available for immediate start due to our current practice manager leaving to go and concentrate full-time on her own family's growing business.
Support from the outgoing practice manager is available to help transition the new incoming successful applicant.
