Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the TechOne platform and its modules.
* Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them.
* Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues.
* Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development.
* Offer training and guidance to staff to maximize the efficiency of ERP usage.
* Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements.
Key Selection Criteria
* Proven TechOne experience with any module.
* Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with the ability to commute to the location.
* Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems.
* Solid experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
