Job Overview
This role requires a Senior Performance Manager to lead the development and execution of paid search strategies for key clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals.
* Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of complex SEM campaigns, including keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
* Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimisations to improve key metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in a media advertising agency environment.
* Expertise: Deep expertise in all facets of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Video campaigns.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
