We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver best-in-class facilities management services across a diverse portfolio of assets.
This is a high-impact role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, contractors, compliance, maintenance programs and workplace experience across multiple sites.
What you'll be responsible for
* End-to-end facilities management across owned and leased assets
* Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules
* Contractor and supplier performance management
* Financial oversight including invoicing and cost control
* Ensuring statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance
* Supporting portfolio operations across multiple sites
* Enhancing workplace and occupant experience
You'll play a key role in delivering Integrated Facilities Management services while ensuring operational excellence across a significant property portfolio.
