Overview
Are you passionate about supporting the wellbeing of clients? Do you have a strong background in administration, operations and stakeholder engagement within a health or government environment? We have a fantastic opportunity with our Federal Government client as a Practice Officer where you will contribute to the delivery of critical mental health services.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
Manage the administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops.
First point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors.
Assist in financial and office management, including processing invoices, arranging travel, and managing IT or property needs.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Mandatory Requirements
Current or ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or a Working with Children Check, as required in your state or territory.
