Position Summary
The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving domestic sales growth across Patritti's wine, juice and de-alcoholised portfolio, with a strong focus on FMCG route-to-market execution, distributor management and key account growth. This role leads the commercial sales strategy across retail, on-premise and wholesale channels, ensuring profitable growth, strong brand presence and disciplined execution. The position supports Patritti's strategy of value with wine and volume with juice.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the national sales strategy across wine and juice portfolios
* Optimise route-to-market across distributors, retail, on-premise and direct channels
* Manage and grow distributor network and key accounts
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions and trading terms
* Deliver revenue, volume and margin targets
* Drive brand presence through activations, events and marketing alignment
* Manage forecasts, reporting and customer plans
* Collaborate with production, finance and marketing teams
