We're all about providing the best experience and delivering the best tech on the best network.Focus of the RoleAs a Warehouse Technician within the Field Services Equipment Staging team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inbounding, capturing details, storing, and shipping equipment in our Kemps Creek warehouse. Your role involves participating in all warehouse operations, including picking and packing, while maintaining a safe and organized environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and work with various telecommunications equipment to meet deadlines and customer requirements.About the RoleThis is a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will join a team of technicians working on multiple projects, assisting them to meet Service Level Agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsStore and organize equipment accuratelyPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentCreate consignments as per customer requirementsAssist with inventory management and auditingOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacksMaintain a clean and organized workplaceFollow all safety procedures and regulations in line with TelstraAssist with other duties as assignedHandle stock and rotationBasic computer literacy (e.g., Excel)QualificationsAbility to work onsite in Kemps CreekHigh-level customer service skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal)Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksProven ability to work autonomously under tight deadlinesAbility to lift 15 kgAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to gain a National Defence ClearanceHigh Risk Work Licence - On-Pavement ForkliftBasic warehouse experienceAbility to conduct medical and police checksIf this opportunity sounds perfect for you, we encourage you to apply!Current Locations in DemandKemps Creek, NSWAbout UsWe're an iconic Aussie brand with a global footprint.
