Responsibilities
* Create engaging, student-centred learning experiences that integrate best practices and digital technologies, equipping students with the skills and confidence to succeed in diverse educational settings.

* Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure your teaching remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with contemporary educational approaches.
Qualifications
* A doctoral or master's qualification, or equivalent experience relevant to the discipline.
* Teacher registration within an Australian Authority or capacity to apply for teacher registration and working with children check.
* Demonstrate a strong background in teaching and research in the field of Learning Sciences.
* A track record of reflective, engaging teaching practices that support student success.
Appointment Details
Appointment may be made at one of the following levels depending on your qualifications, experience, and career aspirations:

Location: Toowoomba or Springfield campus
Term: Full-time continuing appointment (37.5 hrs/week)
Lecturer - Total remuneration range $133,256 to $157,504 pa (includes salary range of $112,381 to $132,831 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
Associate Lecturer - Total remuneration range $94,509 to $126,788 pa (includes salary range of $79,704 to $106,927 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)

Note that commencement in this role will be no earlier than 2 January 2026.
