**ABOUT THE ROLE.**
**DUTIES.**
- Meet and greet clients and visitors at the front desk
- Manage inbound calls
- Handle administration inquiries and arrange meeting rooms
- Bookkeeping and general accounts administration
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist the Project, Estimating and Finance Teams
- Plan company national events & celebrations
- Assist HR with Onboarding & Offboarding
- Lead the companies marketing strategy on LinkedIn
