Key Responsibilities
* Represent Certis with professionalism and confidence at a range of events
* Provide friendly and effective customer service while ensuring public safety
* Carry out security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
* Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
* Diffuse conflict situations calmly and escalate when needed
* Keep accurate reports and logs of any incidents or breaches

Qualification
* QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* A positive attitude and sharp communication skills
* Previous experience in customer service or security roles (preferred but not mandatory)
