The Role
The Contract Installer is responsible for the check measuring, installation, and service of outdoor & indoor blinds.
Key Accountabilities
* Site measure blinds.
* Confirming scope of work on the contract with the customer.
* Installing indoor and outdoor blinds system.
* Removing existing blinds.
* Installing non-load bearing post.
* Program and test motorised blinds during installation.
* Clean up a job site upon the completion of an installation.
* Troubleshoot and solve problems relating to the installation of a blind or the product itself.
About You
* Own your own tools and vehicle
* Have your own offsider to work as a 2 man team.
* Basic trade experience in either Commercial or Residential Construction.
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
* Knowledge and experience using hand tools like drills, saw, levels, etc.
* Knowledge and experience of using the right material fixing on the right materials.
* Able to undergo and clear Australian National Police Check with no prior or outstanding criminal convictions.
* Customer and company focused individual to deliver the best service and outcome to all parties.
* Organised, punctual, and exceptional time management skills.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised to meet targets.
* Able to take on feedback and follow company procedures and policies.
* Be honest, reliable, drive to succeed and hold yourself to the highest standards.
