Job Description
As a Christmas Casual, the successful candidate will create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great experience when shopping in stores. Responsibilities include:
- Helping across various areas within stores, from customer-facing to back of house.
- Providing a high level of customer service, including pre, during, and post-sale.
- Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
- Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store.
Qualifications
- A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
- Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
