About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedAssociate or Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigationteam in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working directly with a Partner who is a recognised leader inCommercial Litigation and insolvency, this hands-on role will alsosee you working alongside other Partners in the broader litigationteam on a variety of matters involving commercial litigation anddispute resolution, with a particular focus on corporatereconstruction and insolvency.
Working for a range of high net worth individuals and leadingAustralian businesses, this is a truly mixed role, withapproximately half of your workload in commercial litigation anddispute resolution and the other half in insolvency.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PAE,with a genuine passion and interest in the areas of commerciallitigation, dispute resolution and insolvency.
Our clients are at the heart of all that we do, so we arelooking for a candidate who demonstrates a strong client servicefocus and a commercial approach to all dealings.
