Role Opportunity
Senior Document Controller will be supporting a large-scale project based in Perth. This role is essential in ensuring the effective management, control, and compliance of all project documentation from initiation through to completion.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Proficient in EDMS platforms
* Solid understanding of document control standards in project settings.
* Detail-oriented with experience managing high volumes of documentation.
* Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
* Self-motivated with effective time management in deadline-driven environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain the EDMS to ensure document accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
* Coordinate document control across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
* Process and review all incoming/outgoing documents for format, revision control, and approvals.
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for timely document flow.
* Prepare trackers, reports, and dashboards for project stakeholders.
* Support and train staff on document control systems and procedures.
* Manage markups, transmittals, vendor data, and as-built documentation.
* Archive all project documents in line with close-out requirements.
