About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the day‐to‐day operations of a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio in Western Sydney, ensuring buildings run smoothly, safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to tenants and stakeholders.
In This Role, You Will
* Lead day‐to‐day operations across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio
* Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance programmes
* Drive compliance, risk, safety and asset management standards across all sites
* Oversee budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and vendor performance
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and the client team
About You
* Proven experience in commercial office Facilities Management
* Strong technical understanding of building services and operations
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting skills
* Confident managing competing priorities, contractors and client expectations
