Opening in May, RWT is looking for a Function and Events Manager to take ownership of enquiries, bookings, and function sales across our new venue.
This role will manage all incoming phone and email enquiries, coordinate bookings through Now Book It, and drive function revenue against targets. While the role will focus on converting enquiries into confirmed business and delivering a smooth client experience, it will also oversee events and assist the team on the floor during busy periods.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in a similar environment
* The ability to influence positive outcomes with clients and internal stakeholders
* Experience using Now book it software (or similar)
* Outstanding Communication skills
* Strong sales and organisational skills
* An unrestricted Approved Managers Card
* Willingness to jump in and help the team on the floor as required
The usual hours for our Functions and Events Manager will be Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm, however flexibility is essential, as there will be occasions when weekend and evening work will be required.
