Woods & Co are partnering with a well-established and growing residential builder specialising in medium-density townhouse developments across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of completed projects, they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership of all post-construction defects and maintenance. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in quality outcomes, and enjoys being the go-to person for ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standard even after handover. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing all maintenance and defect-related activity across a portfolio of completed townhouse projects.
