The Regional General Manager is an executive leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of a BNB Made Easy region as a high‐performing, local business unit. This role goes beyond daily operations to encompass financial performance, team leadership, client success, community engagement, and the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences. The Regional General Manager ensures the region operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the company's values and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Management
Run the region as a self‐sufficient business unit, with full accountability for performance, growth, and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise region's performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
Identify and execute on opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
Effectively and meaningfully contribute to the broader BNB Made Easy executive team and cross‐regional and interdepartmental initiatives.
Convert leads into new property listings, actively contributing to portfolio expansion and regional growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring high retention and long‐term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to enhance owner satisfaction, supporting BNB Made Easy's reputation and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, understanding their goals and proactively supporting their success.
Hire, lead, coach, and develop the regional team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and engagement.
Ensure clear role definition, responsibilities, and expectations across all team members.
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement development plans for team members.
Promote the EPIC Hospitality framework in all team interactions and service delivery.
4. Client & Community Success
Build and maintain strong community relationships, including with property owners, guests, and local partners and networks.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex client matters, ensuring a timely and professional resolution.
Represent BNB Made Easy at community and industry events, strengthening the company's local presence.
5. Operations & Quality Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure properties meet BNB Made Easy standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience.
Ensure compliance with all company processes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Collaborate with HQ departments (Finance, Customer Success, Marketing) to implement company initiatives locally.
Own the regional budget, monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and cost management to optimise performance.
Provide regular reporting to the senior leadership team on regional results and initiatives.
