* Collaborate with the General Manager – Food & Beverage and the executive team to ensure alignment with the resort's vision and goals
As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for providing operational oversight and financial management across your assigned portfolio of venues. You will work closely with the wider executive team to ensure every dining experience reflects excellence, innovation, and the essence of the Hamilton Island brand.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
* Oversee the implementation of new dining concepts, menus, and beverage programs, ensuring they meet the highest quality and sustainability standards
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance
* Partner with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, enhancing quality and reducing costs
* Lead refurbishment and capital improvement projects to ensure operational excellence and maintain the resort's reputation for exceptional service
