About the opportunity
The Coordinator Fleet Replacement coordinates the design, construction and delivery of NSW SES Operational Fleet assets ensuring they align with agency operational and capability requirements and fleet asset management plan objectives.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Be organised, proactive and accountable and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Must be able to think critically, analyse data and solve complex problems.
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring excellent customer service.
Be a self-motivator who is highly capable of working autonomously and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
Have excellent leadership skills with demonstrated skills and experience in managing and developing people.
Have a good understanding of NSW Government Procurement, Supply and Fleet policy and practices.
Have demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
What we can offer you
You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs.
You can enjoy a hybrid work environment, time in the office and time working from home.
Attractive salary range of $113,574 to $125,720 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
