Job Description: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and review UAT test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality
* Coordinate UAT execution with business users and testers, ensuring timely defect resolution
* Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and any issues that may impact timelines
* Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure all critical business flows are validated
* Conduct post-UAT reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Must Have Skills:
* Defect Tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps
* SQL: Basic to intermediate skills for data validation
* Documentation: Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and reports
* Understanding of SDLC/STLC: Especially Agile and Waterfall models
* Business Process Knowledge: Ability to map requirements to test scenarios
* Stakeholder Communication: Clear and effective communication with business and technical teams
* Leadership: Ability to lead UAT testers and coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Nice to Have Skills:
* Prior experience in insurance domain (claims, policy, billing systems) is a plus.
