Silverstrand is seeking multiple experienced Civil Supervisor experienced in Civil Structure, Roads and Drainage Projects.
Base Salary + Super + Vehicle + KPI Bonus + (Allowances/ Uplifts if working away). Brisbane based role, however ideal candidate willing to travel as required for project locations - DIDO/ FIFO.
Experienced working on Bridge, Earthworks, Roads, Pipelines, Renewable projects.
About The Role
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
* Delivering FRP packages across Local and FIFO projects
* Delivering Earthworks and Drainage packages
* Work closely with engineers to forecast and implement construction plans
* Ensure daily work activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start
* Directly lead and oversee site teams in completing a DTMR or local council construction projects
* Developing 4WLA's with Engineers in line with construction pathways
* Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
* Utilise, read and interpret project plans, designs and other instructions given by the Superintendent and Project Manager
* Supervise the team to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of design, quality, safety, and budget
* Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives
* Provide guidance and training to staff and contractors
* Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections
About You
* Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry
* Previous Supervisor experience on Civil Infrastructure projects
* Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or above is highly desirable
* White card
* Traffic Management Implementation is highly desirable
* First Aid & CPR trained
* Experienced with using software's and systems for daily tasks.
