Key Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, servicing and repairing globally leading medical devices.
You will provide technical support to customers, internal teams and support agents. Take ownership of customer queries on Resmed products, research solutions and respond promptly while maintaining the highest quality.
Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance product performance.
* Investigate and diagnose equipment malfunctions using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
* Servicing and repairing medical devices in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and engineering personnel.
Furthermore, you will be required to maintain accurate records of service activities, document repair procedures, and update technical knowledge through regular training sessions and workshops.
