We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Houseperson. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that our common areas are clean, hygienic, and comfortable for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Distributing resort amenities daily
* Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
* Ordering and managing linen delivery
* Cleaning and maintaining all common areas
* Performing other tasks related to housekeeping as assigned
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A flexible attitude with the ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
* A keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Prior experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
