Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimise return on investment.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to deliver impactful marketing market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and and execute a bold, integrated marketing strategy across all categories and channels.Grow the talent pipeline, champion equitable opportunities, and retain high‐impact performers.Build strong, strategic relationships with key retail and dealer partners (e.g., JB Hi‐Fi, Rebel Sport and others), ensuring alignment, advocacy, and exceptional in‐store execution.Accelerate retail channel growth, optimising category performance, and unlocking new commercial opportunities.Strengthen brand storytelling to deepen emotional connection with diverse lifestyle communities.Lead consumer insights programs to uncover motivations, behaviors, and product‐use brand, digital, retail, and community marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high‐impact campaigns.Partner with product, sales, and regional teams to align marketing strategy with business goals.Drive innovation in content, partnerships, and consumer engagement.Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI across global and local as a passionate ambassador for the brand's mission, values, and consumer promise.

The Successful Applicant

A confident, commercially astute leader with strong negotiation instincts and a natural ability to influence at all levels.Ideally, they bring a genuine interest in health, fitness, and technology, paired with a data‐driven mindset and strategic depth.They know how to build and inspire high‐performing teams, navigate a conservative yet ambitious environment, and unlock sustainable growth.Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally with a major brand or in an international market.A strong track record of building and scaling consumer‐centric marketing for lifestyle, wellness, sport, or outdoor categories - not all of them, but enough to understand the culture and the consumer mindset.A naturally curious approach to understanding why people do what they do and how technology supports their goals.Expertise in brand storytelling, digital ecosystems, and integrated campaign execution.Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‐performing teams.Commercial acumen and a data‐driven approach to decision‐makingComfort operating in a fast‐paced, innovative, and highly collaborative environment.

Work Pattern: The role follows a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home. However, a stronger on‐site presence is encouraged, particularly during the initial phase, when being in the office most of the time will be expected.
