What you'll be doing
* Partnering with departments across the business to understand processes, risks, and performance drivers
* Reviewing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
* Producing clear, insightful analysis that helps non‐finance teams make informed decisions
* Supporting the wider finance function with month‐end activities, cost reviews, and project‐based assignments
* Contributing to the development of stronger controls, more efficient processes, and improved reporting
* Building strong working relationships across the organisation, becoming a trusted go‐to for insight and challenge
What we're looking for
* Ideally part-qualified ACCA with ongoing exams
* Strong analytical mindset – able to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate findings into practical actions
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Comfortable working in a changing environment and keen to understand operational processes
* A proactive, curious approach – someone who enjoys asking why and digging into detail
* Experience in manufacturing or a product-based environment is beneficial but not essential
